Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Calls: Be the go-to person for maintenance calls, ensuring prompt and efficient responses.
- Work Orders: Execute work orders with precision and attention to detail.
- Task Variety: From repairs to installations, handle a variety of maintenance tasks.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members, following instructions and contributing your skills.
- On-Call Duty: Be ready for on-call duties, available 24/7 to address maintenance needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous maintenance experience is preferred.
- Independence: Ability to work independently and take charge of on-call responsibilities.
- Tools and Truck: While having your own tools and truck is a plus, it's not mandatory.
- Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Communication: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation:
Your compensation will be based on your experience. Expect payment every Friday for the hard work you put in throughout the week.
